3. Client Obligations

• Timely feedback on creative assets and strategic roadmaps.

4. Fees & Payments

Services are billed on a monthly retainer or per-project basis as defined in your specific Service Agreement.

• Payments are due at the start of each service period.
• Late payments exceeding 7 days may result in a temporary suspension of AI workflows and active campaigns.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Property: Any proprietary AI frameworks, internal scripts, or software developed by WebKelai remain the sole property of WebKelai.

Your Property: Upon full payment of fees, you own the final creative assets (ad copy, graphics, and email templates) produced specifically for your brand.

6. Limitation of Liability

Marketing is subject to external factors (search engine algorithm changes, ad platform policies, and market shifts). While we use elite AI data to maximize ROI, **WebKelai does not guarantee specific revenue targets or ranking positions.**

WebKelai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
